Prior experiences include:
Barn Manager at Fox Hill Eventing, high-quality training and sale barns in the UK, and working student Jan Bynny, a 4-star event rider in Virginia. Kayla received her equestrian foundation as a C3 Graduate of the Bay Hills Pony Club in California.
Kayla wanted to focus on eventing, so she moved to England for a year. While across the pond, Kayla had the opportunity to work with a lot of young quality horses and train with the likes of Dag Albert, a Swedish 4* event rider and Ann Taylor, a former High Performance American Team selector based in the UK.
Kayla went and worked for Jan Bynny 4* event rider, based in Purcellville, Virginia. Kayla then left to work under her step-mother Mogie Bearden-Muller at Fox Hill Eventing in Centreville Maryland, where she was the assistant trainer and manager. Having sold the horse that she competed through the CCI* and Intermediate level, she is focusing on expanding her teaching client base and spending the time bringing up to very talented young horses with hopes of one day becoming a US team selected rider.
